Simply click on the "Sign in Here " link, then click on the "Forgotten your password? Click Here " link.
JumpTV will send you an email with a new temporary password within seconds.

Once you've signed in with your existing sign In name and temporary password,
you can then change your password by selecting the My Profile Tab then
editing your Account Profile from within any channel page.
