TV BOIN selects JumpTV as Internet Distribution Partner

Malesia, Montenegro, January 30, 2006 - TV Boin, the first independent Albanian television station in Serbia & Montenegro, announced that it has selected JumpTV (www.JumpTV.com) as its broadcast partner for the Internet-based distribution of its content.

TV Boin marks the second station from Serbia & Montenegro to join the JumpTV network. Art Television, a leading television channel for culture, art and education joined JumpTV earlier this year. TV Boin was founded in 2001 as a result of the demand for television that would represent the culture of the Albanian community living in Serbia & Montenegro. Now, even Albanians living outside of Serbia & Montenegro can access the channel from JumpTV, the world's leading destination for online television, for a monthly subscription of $9.95.

"JumpTV and TV Boin share similar business models in that we both target men and women living outside of their native countries," said Toma Bojaj, CEO of TV Boin. "TV Boin provides viewers living outside of Albania with reliable, independent and objective information in their native language, no matter where they are. By partnering with JumpTV we can expand our reach and serve other Albanians craving content outside of Albania and Serbia & Montenegro."

JumpTV's global internet-television network streams live, high-quality international television signals via its website from stations in nearly 50 countries to subscribers in more than 70 nations globally. Subscribers can watch this television content from their desktop computers or any other Internet-enabled device using their choice of high-speed Internet connections.

"We knew that TV Boin was the perfect fit for the JumpTV portfolio," said Kaleil Isaza Tuzman, president of JumpTV. "The channel's mission is to preserve and represent Albanian culture and our mission is to grant access to expatriates interested in keeping connected to news and information from home."
