Da’wa Lil Qiyam is a religious program hosted by Amr Khaled, who is described by the New York Times as "the world's most famous and influential Muslim televangelist." According to the questionnaire held by “Al-Shabab” (Youth) magazine (one of the most famous Egyptian magazines), Amr Khaled was chosen the second most popular figure, after the President of Egypt.
Amr Khaled was also awarded the Golden Medal of Merit by the president of the Republic of Yemen, in appreciation for his efforts.
