Andrew Luwandagga is a Ugandan highly trained in radio and television broadcasting and presentation. He had his training in the US, UK, Canada and Italy. Andrew Luwandagga has been in Television production for the last 25 years. Andrew Luwandagga joined Radio and Television production after the 1979 war in Uganda. Andrew is an Executive member of the Federation of International Cinema and TV sports (FICTS) and he is the Head judhge of the FICTS festival in Milan. |
