KBC news Online with JumpTV is a daily production that takes place as from 6.30am and 7.30am termed as DAMKA every Monday to Friday runs for 30 minutes and from 4.00pm which also runs from Monday to Friday which is is basically brief and coined with MUKHTASARI WA HABARI which is only for ten minutes. At 7.00pm we have TAARIFA which runs throughout the week and is 35 minutes. All of these broadcasts are done in Kiswahili. Our English bulletins are as follows: everyday of the week and you can catch us at 1.00pm for half an hour and at 9.00pm for 40 minutes and our late night news at 11.00pm for 15 minutes. All our bulletins are KBC Productions and will run with stories covering among others Human interest, transversing the political divide which you can be sure there is never a dull moment, AIDS/HIV and other ailments. There is also Kenyan sports which has a special segment in every major bulletin for 6 minutes at 7.00pm and 9.00pm. About the host Nyatichi Sitahi joined the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation in 2003 and is the main news anchor for English news. She has worked in several media houses, has a lot of international experience and is happily married with two beautiful children.
